Definitions
In this Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

- “Pinterest Services” means any intangible service sold and delivered by “Perform on Pinterest” in the form of a one-off or recurring subscription payment.
- “Store” means any web based service operated by “Perform on Pinterest” for the purposes of marketing and retailing digital goods.
- “Customer” means you the person purchasing “Digital Products or Services” from “Perform on Pinterest”
- “Author” means the person that has the Intellectual Property rights or rights to sell the “Digital Products or Services” via the “Store”
- Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender shall include all genders.
The headings of the paragraphs of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
Conditions of Sale
Introduction
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of “Pinterest Services” by “Perform on Pinterest” to the “Customer”.
The Contract
When you purchase “Pinterest Services” from “Perform on Pinterest” you will be required to click the “I Agree” tick box to complete the order. By clicking the “I Agree” tick box you are accepting these terms and conditions of sale. The contract for the purchase of any “Pinterest Services” will be between the “Customer” and “Perform on Pinterest” and will only be formed when payment is received in full or the “Pinterest Services”. “Perform on Pinterest” reserves the right, at our sole discretion to reject any order we receive. By placing an order with “Perform on Pinterest” you agree you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts – at least 18 years old.
Cancellation and Refunds
All sales of “Pinterest Services” are final and non-transferrable. Refunds for any “Pinterest Services” sold by “Perform on Pinterest” will only be considered for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:
The “Pinterest Services” were incorrectly described on the “Store”
The customer made an error before “Pinterest Services” were rendered
In order to cancel an Account Maintenance package, you must notify “Perform on Pinterest” by email (performonpinterest@gmail.com) with seven business days notice.
Account Maintenance Subscriptions
Account Maintenance customers will be billed on the first of the month following their set up fee purchase of $150. These subscriptions will be set up through PayPal as a recurring payment. In the event that a recurring payment fails due to an expired credit or debit card “Perform on Pinterest” reserves the right to suspend access to the service whilst payment details are updated or the subscription is cancelled.
Price and Payment
The price of any “Pinterest Services” will be as quoted at the then current time, except in the case of obvious error. We will not accept any offers for “Perform on Pinterest” other than at the then current price. Payment for all “Pinterest Services” is processed securely by PayPal.
Terms of Sale
By purchasing from “Perform on Pinterest,” the “Customer” acknowledges that he/she is at least 18 years old. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Delivery
“Perform on Pinterest” will communicate via email to set up a time for a consultation for the “Customer”‘s package.
Other Terms
- “Perform on Pinterest” is available via email support 24/7 with a guaranteed response time of one business day.
- For Account Maintenance Customers: “Perform on Pinterest” guarantees a minimum of 50 pins per day, between Board Booster, hand pinning, and other scheduled content to the “Customer”‘s Pinterest account.
- “Perform on Pinterest” does not guarantee results.
